Founded in 2008, musician and entrepreneur Jonathan Rowe designed and built Madrone Studios as a destination music studio in Nevada City, a unique old growth Madrone forest in Northern California's Sierra Nevada foothills. The studio expanded its offerings to San Fransisco in 2010 as an experience design production company. Today Madrone Studios encompasses destination studio rentals and production services.

Located within a stunning 5,500-square-foot estate on 44 acres of pristine forest, Madrone Studios offers recording artists a tranquil environment and holistic health options that inspire creativity and clear the mind, away from the hustle and bustle of city studios.
